Important Notes – Why Register Early?
- Team Building: We take time to create a well-balanced team for each expedition. All applicants undergo a review, and teams are created based on experience and expertise while keeping our climbers safe at all times. This means we can only accommodate a limited number of participants, so getting registered early is essential.

6 months before departure: 40% deposit
5 months before departure: 50% deposit
4 months before departure: full payment
Logistics: Explorations to higher altitudes require extensive planning to ensure success. Porters, guides, and supplies are arranged months in advance, especially for winter expeditions, where supplies must be moved to base camps well ahead of time. Early registration helps secure all necessary logistics for a smoother experience.Permit: The Pakistani government tourism law requires Pakistani tour operators to submit all documents (passports, photos, etc.) with the climbing permit application no later than 70 days before arrival. If you want to ensure that the permit is issued without a holdup, it is recommended that you register early.
Domestic Flights: It is important to know that flights to Skardu are much more crowded at certain times of the year. Needless to say, it may prove virtually impossible to get a seat with an early deposit. There are only two flights to Skardu, and spaces fill up fast, so we urge you to register and pay deposits well in advance.
Price Changes: The quoted prices are early-bird offers and may increase after January. Hotel prices also rise, especially during peak season (May–September). To lock in the current price, make your deposit early.
Pay Less Deposit: To help our climbers, we have a tiered deposit schedule
