For Both International & Local Participants:
Following government rules and guidelines to keep everyone safe during any new pandemic situations
- Domestic flights included
- All road transfers provided, including airport pickups and drop-offs

- Personal Travel Insurance: We recommend obtaining personal travel insurance, such as Global Rescue, for coverage during your expedition.
- Visa for Pakistan: You will need to arrange your visa. We will provide five supporting documents to assist with the process.
- International Airfare: The cost of international flights to and from Pakistan is not included.
- Personal Equipment: Items such as trekking shoes, down jackets, and walking sticks are your responsibility to provide.
- Mountaineering Gear: Personal gear such as crampons, mountaineering boots, ice axes, harnesses, two carabiners, and helmets are not included.
- Extra Nights in Islamabad: If you need additional nights at a hotel (check-in/out is at 12 PM), it will cost an extra USD 90 per night.
- Excess Baggage: Additional trek weight or baggage will incur a charge of USD 10 per kg.
- Baggage Storage in Islamabad: If you need to store bags in Islamabad, the cost is USD 28 per bag.
- Tips and Gratuities: Any tips or gratuities for guides, porters, and support staff are not included in the package.
- Miscellaneous Expenses: Costs for items such as minibar charges, bottled water, phone calls, laundry services, and souvenirs are not covered.
- Early Return Costs: If you need to return from the trek early for any reason, those costs will be your responsibility.

Itinerary – Khosar Gang Expedition
When you arrive at Islamabad International Airport, our friendly guide will greet you. We will then take you to your hotel, the Himalayan Hotel or a similar place, where you will share a room with another guest.
After resting for a bit, you can explore the local market in Islamabad. This is a great chance to enjoy the local culture and buy some souvenirs. In the evening, we will have a welcome dinner, where you can meet other travelers and discuss your upcoming adventure.

After an early breakfast, we will head to the airport for your flight to Skardu. This flight offers beautiful views of the mountains. If the weather isn’t good for flying, we will arrange for a scenic drive to Skardu, passing through Chilas and Babusar.
Once we arrive in Skardu, we will take you to your hotel to relax and enjoy the stunning mountain views. You might also have some time to explore Skardu town or visit local shops.

After breakfast, we will drive to Sildi, the starting point for our hike to Base Camp. The drive will show you the beautiful landscapes of the Karakoram region.
When we arrive in Sildi, we will start hiking to Base Camp. This hike will take a few hours, and you will enjoy amazing views of the mountains. Once at Base Camp (3,800m), we will set up tents and relax for the evening.

Today is for resting and getting used to the altitude. It’s important to let your body adjust before climbing higher.
You can take short walks around Base Camp, enjoy meals prepared by our team, and relax while enjoying the stunning views. Our guide will share tips on safety and climbing techniques to help you prepare for the climbs ahead.

After an early breakfast, we will climb to Camp 1 (4,800m). This climb will take several hours, testing your climbing skills and stamina.

This day is set aside in case of flight cancellations due to weather or other unexpected events. It gives you flexibility in your travel plans if changes are needed.

- Early Bird Discount: Our prices for expeditions are special offers that can change. As peak season gets closer, hotels and airlines usually raise their prices. By booking early, you can save money compared to peak-season rates.
- Limited Space During Peak Months: The peak season attracts many international visitors, so spots fill up quickly. We keep our group size small, with a maximum of 12 participants, and registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Few Domestic Flights: During peak season, there are only two daily flights to the Karakoram and Himalayas, and seats sell out fast. Your deposit will help us reserve these flights for you ahead of time.
- Balance Payment Upon Arrival: We understand that paying the full balance before your trip might be worrying in these uncertain times. That’s why you only need to pay the final amount once you arrive in Pakistan; only the deposit is required in advance.
- Deposit Valid for 3 Years: To help with the uncertainties caused by the pandemic, we offer a relaxed policy where your deposit will be valid for three years. This way, you can adjust your travel plans if needed.

Deposit Information for Pakistani Nationals
For Pakistani nationals, the deposit is either PKR 100,000 or 30% of the total trip cost, whichever is higher. This deposit is non-refundable but will be valid for three years under our relaxed booking policy.

- Deposit: Once you pay your deposit, it is non-refundable since it goes toward arranging your trip. If your visa is denied, we may consider a refund or partial refund (if costs have been incurred), but you must provide proof of rejection within 72 hours.

- Balance Payment: You should pay the remaining balance only after arriving in Pakistan, and we will provide clear payment guidelines in advance.
Currency Options
International participants can pay in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or British Pounds (GBP). Pakistani travelers will pay in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
