Why Register Now?
-
- Early Bird Discount: Take advantage of our early registration discount! Prices for our expeditions are subject to seasonal increases, particularly in peak months when service providers like airlines and hotels raise their rates. Registering early guarantees that you pay less and secures your spot at the current rate.
-
- Limited Space in Peak Months: The most popular season attracts climbers from all over the world, and places get booked very fast. Our tours are strictly limited to twelve people to produce a local, ‘organic’ atmosphere and guarantee attention for each group member. Book early to avoid the last-minute rush—our expeditions are on a first-come-first-served basis for customers who want to partner with us.
-
- Limited Availability of Domestic Flights: Seats on flights to Skardu and the Karakoram region are scarce during the trekking season. When you register early enough with us, we will book your domestic flight in advance to avoid the status where all the flights are booked.
-
- Pay Balance After Arrival in Pakistan: For any issues regarding payments before the trip, we only take an initial deposit for your booking. The remaining balance is payable upon your arrival in Pakistan; such flexibility is convenient for most travelers.
-
- Lock in Minimum Deposit: You can pay just the minimum deposit right now; that way, you get to ‘save the spot’ at the existing available lower rate. This is the case even for next season trips so that you can enjoy our best fare policy.
Deposit (Advance) for Pakistani Nationals
Deposits for Pakistani nationals are required at PKR 100,000 or 30% of the expedition’s total Cost, whichever is the highest. This is the amount needed to lock in your position in this expedition. Please note that the amount is non-refundable since certain costs are incurred in organizing services from within the country.
Refund Policy for All Participants
Deposit: After being paid, the deposit is non-refundable for all participants as it will be used for preparations in the country of intervention. This comprises domestic flights, permits as well as ground arrangements.
Balance: The rest of the total is to be paid at once upon arrival in Pakistan, preferably on the first trip day. That means payment instructions will be provided later, expressly, closer to the actual trip date.
Currency
All international travelers can pay in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or British Pounds (GBP). Pakistani nationals will be billed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Conversion rates will apply based on the prevailing market rates at the time of payment.
Single Supplement
For participants opting for single accommodation:
-
- Separate hotel rooms: An additional USD 290 will apply, covering all hotel nights throughout the expedition. Payment for this supplement will be due upon arrival.
-
- Separate tents: For those requesting a single tent, an additional USD 180 will be charged, covering the extra porterage costs. This payment is also due upon arrival.
