Located near K2 in the Karakoram, this mountain is known for its wide summit ridge and stunning views.

Broad Peak Expedition – Holiday Information

Broad Peak Expedition Itinerary
When you arrive at Islamabad International Airport, our representative will greet you warmly and help with your luggage. You will be taken to your hotel in a comfortable vehicle. After breakfast, our guide will take you to the airport for a morning flight to Skardu. If the weather is nice, you will see beautiful views of Nanga Parbat and other mountains from the plane. When you arrive at Skardu Airport, our local representative will meet you and drive you to your hotel. You will have the rest of the day to explore Skardu or rest. In the evening, we will have another meeting.

After breakfast, we will take an 8-hour drive from Skardu to Askoli, passing through beautiful scenery and small villages. When we arrive, we will set up our campsite and prepare for the trek ahead. Enjoy a hearty dinner with your fellow climbers under the stars.

After breakfast, we will start our trek to Johla, which will take about 5 hours. The path has stunning views of the mountains. Once we arrive, our team will set up camp for you; meanwhile, you can rest or shower.

After a good breakfast, we will trek to Paiju, which will take about 6 hours. The trek is beautiful, and when we get to Paju, we will set up our camp and have dinner.

We will begin our day with breakfast and then start our 7-hour trek to Khoburtse. The route offers amazing views of the surroundings. After we arrive, we will set up camp and enjoy dinner.

After breakfast, we will trek to Urdukas, which will take about 4 hours. This day is important for getting used to the altitude. When we arrive, we will set up camp and have a warm dinner.

This day is for acclimatization. We will do some light activities around the camp to help you adjust to the altitude. Our team will make sure you drink enough water and have good meals throughout the day.

After breakfast, we will trek to Goro II, which will take about 7 hours. The trek offers stunning views of the mountains. Once we arrive at Goro II, we will set up camp and have dinner.

Today, we will trek to Concordia, which will take about 5 hours. This trek has some of the most beautiful views as we get closer to several famous peaks. When we arrive at Concordia, we will set up camp and enjoy dinner while taking in the stunning surroundings.

Today, we will reach Broad Peak Base Camp. After breakfast, we will trek for about 4 hours to get there. Once we arrive, we will settle in and prepare for the climbing part of our adventure.

During this time, we will focus on climbing and getting used to the altitude. We will plan our climbs carefully to ensure safety. Our team will provide all the support you need, including equipment and guidance.

After our successful climbing period, we will spend today packing our gear and getting ready to head back down. Our team will help organize everything to ensure we are ready for the return trek.

Today, we will go back to Goro II. After breakfast, we will pack up and start our trek, enjoying the beautiful views along the way.

After breakfast, we will continue our descent to Khoburtse. Our guides will help us throughout the trek to make sure everyone is safe and has a good time.

Today, we will make our way back to Paju. After breakfast, we will hike for about 5-6 hours. When we arrive at Paju, we will set up camp Our supporting staff will prepare Lunch and set camp there.

We will trek back to Johla today. After a filling breakfast, we will hike for about 7 hours. When we arrive at Johla, we will set up camp and at night we will enjoy dinner together.

After breakfast, we will head back to Askoli. This trek will take about 3-4 hours, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed return. Once we arrive there, We will drive back to Skardu by jeep.

After finishing the trek, today is a rest day in Skardu. This day is for relaxing and getting used to the altitude. You can explore local markets, enjoy the beautiful views, or just relax at the hotel. Our team will make sure you have healthy meals and stay hydrated to prepare for the journey back.

Today, we begin our journey back to Islamabad. After breakfast, our team will assist you with your luggage and arrange for your transportation. We will travel by road, which will take approximately two days due to the distance and the terrain.
During the journey, you will enjoy stunning landscapes, including picturesque valleys and rivers. We will make stops for meals and rest breaks to ensure a comfortable trip. After a long day’s drive, we will stay overnight in a hotel or guesthouse along the route.

- Personal Climbing Gear: You must bring equipment for climbing 8,000m peaks, such as clothing and sleeping gear.
- Mountain Rescue Insurance: This insurance is required for safety.
- Personal Equipment Transport: The cost of sending your equipment to and from Islamabad.
- Pakistan Visa Fee: You are responsible for your visa costs.
- Staff Tips: A total of USD 490 for tipping guides, cooks, and assistants.
- Meals in Islamabad: Food expenses while in Islamabad are not covered.
- Extra Hotel Nights: Any additional nights in hotels after your climb will cost extra.
- Trip Cancellation Insurance: This is not included.
- Early Wind-Up Expenses: If you have to end your trip early, any extra hotel nights, meals, or evacuation costs are your responsibility.
