As I stepped onto the vast table, stretching endlessly at an altitude of over 4,000 measures, I was struck by its untouched beauty. At Deosai National Park, you can enjoy hiking adventures due to its mountainous roots. 

    The vibrant wildflowers, grazing Himalayan brown bears, and the serene Sheosar Lake reflecting snow-limited peaks painted a surreal picture. Deosai’s raw, unequaled beauty made me realize why it’s frequently considered one of the most magical places in Pakistan’s northern regions. It’s a destination that connects you deeply to nature and leaves you in admiration of nature’s majesty.

    Manthoka Waterfall

      Visiting Manthokha Waterfall was a memorable experience during my whole trip to Skardu. The rushing sound and heavy drops of water filled my heart with natural enjoyment. It is also the best spot in Skardu for photography and mind relaxation. Fishing is also one of the best adventurous activities to enjoy at Manthoka.   

      If you are a food lover, you can enjoy the taste of local cuisine as many restaurants and cafes serve refreshments. Try to plan your visit in Summer when the weather in Skardu is moderate. 

      Karimabad 

        Karimabad, a charming town, offers a breathtaking view of Hunza’s beauty and culture. Traveling through Karakoram Highway, it will take approximately 7 hours to reach Karimabad from Chilas. This spot is also famous for its unique local markets and some popular and ancient forts. 

        During my visit, I found various handicrafts and aesthetic arts and had a chance to enjoy the delicious taste of Hunza Apricot Juice. The local people of this region are very hospitable and interactive, offering a memorable trip to northern areas of Pakistan.

          Passu Cones (Passu Cathedral)

          The Passu Cones aren’t only a visual spectacle but a popular spot for pedestrians and perambulators. While the peaks aren’t accessible for climbing, the girding trails offer an inconceivable experience for trampers. 

          The Passu Glacier and the Batura Glacier are great touring destinations, with routes providing some of the region’s stylish panoramic views. The Passu suspense Bridge, which spans across the Hunza River, is another near magnet that provides a thrilling experience with views of the Cones in the background.
